Adebayo, whose enduring passion for law influenced his choice of academic pursuit; is the founding and Lead Partner of May & Ivory. In addition to his responsibility of the day-to-day management of the firm, he leads the firm’s Advocacy and Dispute Resolution Practice Group where he coordinates and oversees its activities.

He commenced his legal career at Tayo Oyetibo SAN & Co. (now Tayo Oyetibo LP), a leading litigation firm in Lagos where he was actively involved in the prosecution of several high-profile cases demonstrating ingenuity and brilliance to the admiration of all. He later worked at Perchstone & Graeys, (a top Lagos commercial law firm) where he led the firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice Group for almost a decade as a Senior Associate.

As an experienced litigator in all tiers of courts and tribunals in Nigeria; Adebayo has represented a wide spectrum of clients ranging from local and international businesses to different government agencies and departments especially in the oil and gas industry. He has also facilitated in law trainings and workshops.

Adebayo is a graduate of the University of Ilorin where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree, LL.B with Second Class (Upper Division). He also attended the Nigerian Law School, Abuja for his professional training (BL) and subsequent Call to the Nigerian Bar. In May 2015, he was appointed a Notary Public for Nigeria by the Chief Justice of Nigeria. He is a member of both the Nigerian and International Bar Associations (NBA and IBA).

OreOluwa is a self-motivated and versatile professional with experience garnered from her years as a practitioner in the private and public sector. She regularly advises her clients on day to day operational matters and provides the requisite legal support with respect to their organisational structure, applicable regulations, permits and licenses. Her ability to work independently, balance conflicting priorities, meet demanding timelines positions her as the preferred solicitor for many a client.

She is a graduate of the University of Abuja and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2011. OreOluwa is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy & Management.
